With a family history completely immersed in alcohol production since the 1900s, Raphael Holzer, alongside friend Neville Kotewall, launched Fernet Hunter in Hong Kong. Fernet Hunter is a fresh take on a classic Italian bitter, combining herbs and spices handpicked in the forests of Brunwald.
With a history working with Zuma and Yardbird, Raphael is also a seasoned F&B consultant helping to develop concepts for restaurants and bards.

David Abraham is the co-founder of Outpost, which is a co-working and living space for digital nomads in Bali and Cambodia. His professional background spans many fields; from working at the United Nations Support Facility for Indonesian Recovery, overseeing budgets and foreign assistance programs at the White House Office of Management and Budget, and even having a short stint in risk management at Lehman Brothers.
In addition, he’s also run a non-profit organization in Uganda, lectured in Lithuania, and he’s written a book titled The Elements of Power.
